I am a PACFA-accredited counsellor, with many years experience offering a space of deep listening, non-judgement and person-centred counselling - in person, on Zoom or by phone. Further offerings include Nature Connect workshops for groups or for individuals who want to explore creating a deeper connection with the natural world in their home surrounds. Personal Soulcare

Sometimes we just need to step aside from the busyness of our lives and allow ourselves some space to be listened to and tune into the deeper rhythms of who we are - to touch back into how we are feeling and what we are discovering about ourselves. Soul care sessions are gentle and unpressured and allow you to make discoveries in your own time. My role is to listen deeply, pay attention, ask questions that might help bring clarity and illumination and to companion you as discern and travel along your life pathway. People typically have monthly sessions but single sessions are also available.

I have a Masters degree in Spirituality and have worked in pastoral care and am an experienced counsellor. My training is in deep listening and accompanying people as they discover more about who they are, how they feel and what makes them tick, without any judgement. I am a fully trained soul companion and have now been in practice for several years.

In each hour-long session together, we seek to:

listen deeply, cultivate awareness, provide space to examine life meaning and purpose, come to know more about our own ‘inner guide’, provide a spacious atmosphere to allow whatever is present to reveal itself or emerge, explore relationship with self and the spiritual dimensions of life in whatever way is authentic for you.

Sessions are in person, by Zoom or by phone.

Respect

At SoulCare.Life we honor and respect the traditional owners of this country on which we live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations, and give respect to their elders  - past, present or yet to emerge.

Explore Nature

Human beings are  made of the world around us: what we eat, touch, live in, respond to.
