Counselling sessions

Sometimes what we most need is to step aside from the busyness of our lives and take the space to be listened to, take a breather and get some perspective. The opportunity to understand ourselves better and be supported to make the changes we need to make can be a huge relief and even transformative. Counselling sessions are unpressured and allow you to make discoveries in your own time. My role is to listen deeply, pay attention, ask questions that help bring clarity and to companion you as discern decisions and choices in life, as well as develop greater acceptance of and compassion for self.

In each hour-long session together, we will seek to:

listen deeply, discern what needs greatest focus, provide space to examine the issues or the area of concern - it might be meaning and purpose, discerning decisions, working out how to feel like ‘ourselves’ again, and create the strategies that support you to move forward. Sessions are fully person-centred.

Sessions are in person, by Zoom or over the phone.
